BidRoute is a home services marketplace. We connect homeowners with independent local contractors but are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between them. BidRoute assumes no liability for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed.

Contractor vetting includes verification of state license and general liability insurance. Background checks are not yet conducted. Homeowners are encouraged to independently verify contractor credentials before hiring.

During the current beta period, bid response times are not guaranteed. BidRoute manually routes jobs to contractors and makes every effort to deliver bids promptly, but cannot guarantee a specific timeframe in all cases.

Payment is made directly between homeowner and contractor. BidRoute does not hold funds or process payments at this stage. BidRoute's platform fee is collected from the contractor upon mutual confirmation of job completion. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
