Affiliate Program Terms

Program overview

The BidRoute Affiliate Program allows participants to earn cash rewards by referring new users to the BidRoute platform. Participation is free and open to anyone.

How earnings work

You earn $75–$150 per completed job for each person you refer, on their first 3 completed jobs through BidRoute. The exact amount depends on the project size.

  • Maximum earning per referred person: $450 (3 completed jobs)
  • Earnings are triggered only when a job is fully completed and confirmed through the platform
  • Partial completions or cancelled jobs do not qualify

Tracking and attribution

Referrals are tracked via your unique referral link. Any user who signs up through your link is permanently attributed to you for purposes of the first 3 completed jobs. Attribution cannot be transferred.

Payouts

Payouts are made directly by Thomas Wilcock (BidRoute founder) after job completion is confirmed. You will receive an email notification when a referred user completes a job.

Program changes

BidRoute reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. Earnings already confirmed prior to any changes will be honored.

Disqualification

Self-referrals, fraudulent signups, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of pending earnings.

Information we collect

When you create an affiliate account, we collect your name, email address, and account type. We also collect referral activity data associated with your unique link.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your affiliate account
  • To track referrals and calculate earnings
  • To send you email notifications about referral activity and payouts
  • To contact you regarding your account or payout

Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your referral data is only accessible to you and BidRoute administrators.
